Yes. We have local bi-lingual staff that work with our native English speakers to make sure we can communicate with our clients clearly.

What qualifications do your editors / copywriters / instructors have?2021-04-22T13:42:27+00:00

For these roles, we only employ native English speakers (US, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada, Ireland) with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in their field. Instructors all have the requisite certification to teach English as a foreign language. 

If you have a nationality preference for your consultant, just let us know. Additionally, our staff has all worked abroad so they are familiar with various cultures outside their own. Depending on where our staff have lived, we aim to match them with clients from that particular country.

During business hours, we can respond within 1-3 hours. Outside of business hours, we may take a bit longer. But rest assured, we will get back to you ASAP.

No, we do not offer free trial tasks but we do offer a free consultation. Contact us directly and we can work with you to explain exactly how we would be able to help, how long it will take, and how much it will cost.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?2021-04-22T13:45:42+00:00

All Axsorn employees sign a non-disclosure agreement and we can sign your company’s agreement as well. We often get sensitive documents, press releases, reports etc. and we fully understand that confidentiality is paramount.

All projects will be invoiced upfront and we will not begin work until the invoice has been paid in full. If you have a larger project or work with us on a monthly retainer basis, installments and monthly plans are available.

We process all major credit cards online through the secure payment portal, Stripe. We can also accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Of course. If you are not happy with the first round of work, we allow one free revision. Please send your revision request to us within five business days of the date of delivery. In the request, include details about what you would like us to revise. 

If we do not receive a revision request within five days of delivery, your order is considered complete. After this five-day window and one free revision, we invoice all revisions at 50% of the original quoted price.

Before accepting any project, we will quote you on how long it will take to provide the deliverables. On average, we aim to complete all work within 3-5 business days. If you need something faster than that, you may pay a rush fee.

We can work with you to send the deliverables via whichever electronic means is most convenient for you. If you require hard copies, we charge standard shipping rates.

In the unusual situation that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will immediately refund any pre-paid amount. We do not offer refunds for any completed work. Because we offer one free revision and all of our work goes through a thorough quality control process, we do not offer refunds based on quality.

For workshops or education cancellations, we offer a full refund if the event is cancelled within 48 hours. We offer one free postponement of the event.
