JocelynCEO & Co-Founder

Jocelyn is a passionate communicator. In her career, she has worked consultative solution-based account management roles servicing both SMEs and Fortune 500 clients as well as pursued entrepreneurism and started several businesses. Both roles have required her to quickly become an expert about the challenges and demands of numerous industries. In addition, Jocelyn also has over a decade of English language instruction, English teacher training and professional writing experience. She works with individuals, large and small businesses, government agencies and C-level executives to help identify English communication gaps and then provide effective, creative solutions to bridge them.

ChalermratPresident & Co-Founder

Chalermrat has spent nearly 20 years of his professional career in client facing roles including sales, fulfillment, customer service, and management of these respective departments. He is passionate about consulting closely with clients to establish their goals and then finding effective solutions that meet their needs. As a non-native English speaker, he has first-hand experience with the professional opportunities that present themselves when a business or individual is able to effectively communicate in English and also the risks associated with the inability to communicate properly. Because of this, Chalermrat is able to be a true partner for his clients.
